TINBO (Tindahan ni Bossing) continues to support and enable overseas Filipinos by rolling out charging stations and information booths for their convenience at the Department of Migrant Workers’ head office in time for the commemoration of the National Migrant Workers’ Day.
“We hope to help our OFWs, whether in big or small ways, by adding charging areas conveniently stationed at the DMW to power their mobile phones and gadgets when they need to be there to process their documents, putting their minds at ease,” said Albert V. Villa-Real, President and CEO at PLDT Global Corporation (PLDT Global).
Powered by PLDT Global, TINBO is the one-stop online marketplace that enables Filipinos living overseas to buy load, pay bills, send food vouchers, e-gifts, healthcare PINs from mWell, and even gaming PINs for their families in the Philippines. TINBO also provides overseas Filipinos access to a convenient and secured online bills payment platform for their Philippine utilities, and other digital services while outside the Philippines.
Earlier this month, PLDT Global also rolled out charging stations at the newly established OFW Lounge at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, to power the gadgets of traveling OFWs.
PLDT Global and TINBO continue to honor modern-day Filipino heroes as the country celebrates National Migrant Workers' Day this month. By providing relevant telco and digital services that empower millions of overseas Filipinos, PLDT Global aims to create meaningful connections through innovation and strengthen global Filipinos' ties to home.
