Enchanted Kingdom's 28th Anniversary: Your Enchanted Story Begins

The enchanting world of Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the Philippines' premier theme park, is celebrating its 28th anniversary with a year-long extravaganza. The theme, "What’s Your Enchanted Story?" transports guests into a magical realm where past enchanting stories blend seamlessly with new, captivating experiences.

"Enchanted Kingdom remains a cherished part of our guests' personal milestones throughout its 28-year journey. We are thrilled to capture these enchanting stories from our past and present visitors and celebrate these magical experiences with the future generation," said Nico Mamon, the 28th Anniversary Celebration Wizard and Head of Organization Development and Corporate Planning.

One of the most awaited highlights of this anniversary is the return of the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Competition, which is back after eight years. Every Saturday in October, EK will dazzle guests with spectacular fireworks displays. "Apart from entertaining and dazzling the guests, Enchanted Kingdom has collaborated with Filipino fireworks manufacturers to showcase their products and creativity. As a proud Filipino company, we highlight local artistry with pyrotechnics and music, enchanting Filipinos for the past 28 years," Mamon shared.

But the excitement doesn't end there. EK has a treasure trove of events in store:

- October 7th: Enchanted Kingdom recognizes teachers with activities and entertainment during the World Teachers Day Celebration, part of National Teachers Month.

- October 14th: EK will conduct "Storytime with Eldar," an enchanting kids' event to kickstart kids' activities. This will be followed by its Grand Storybook Characters Parade, introducing other Enchanted Kingdom characters.

- October 21st: Eldar’s E-Kreators will host, dance, and perform for loyal parkgoers and fans as part of the theme park’s collaboration with social media influencers and content creator partners.

- October 28th: The Grand Finale of the Sky Wizardry Fireworks Competition will dazzle guests, and the "Be Enchanted! Concert" will feature Asia’s Soul Supreme, KZ Tandingan, along with other top local acts, to cap off the anniversary month.

- EK will also re-launch nostalgic menu items from the past 28 years and introduce new merchandise to commemorate the 28th anniversary.

During the launch event, EK unveiled new offerings and developments at the theme park:

- The EK mobile app, featuring the park’s interactive map, ride and show schedules, and access to the EK online store (EKOS).

- STARBOOKS, the Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) interactive kiosk system and digital library, installed in partnership with DOST.

- A new and improved Fun Kart, EK’s 800-meter go-kart race track.

- New partner tenants: Tater’s, Fortune Bakeshop, and Dash Premium Ice Scramble. EK also introduced its own food offerings, Tropical Coolers and Princess Cookies.

- Enhanced dining experiences with branded dining outlets planned.

- Starting December 17, the theme park will open its gates every day of the week, offering wholesome family leisure and entertainment, especially during the holiday season.
