MANILA, Philippines, November 2018 — MET, the number one esports event organizer in Asia, showcases its innovative spirit by organizing a professional tournament for a budding gaming title, Rules of Survival. ROS players from the Philippines will soon get the chance to play the hit mobile Battle Royale game for a championship title, the biggest cut of over PHP 500,000 worth of prizes, and one of the five slots to the Southeast Asian Championship. The ROS-NimoTV Philippine Champions League S1, is an upcoming ROS tournament that will take place over two major stages, the Qualifier stage, and the Playoffs stage. This time, survival isn’t the only thing on the line, as Filipino ROS players will fight to be crowned the kings of the ROS-NimoTV Philippine Champions League S1. One parachute drop could mean the difference between failure and true Rules of Survival glory.

The Qualifier stage will pit all the challengers against each other until only 15 teams from each branch are left. These teams will earn the right to move onto the Playoffs stage following the Qualifier weekend. The Playoffs stage will take place over two weekends before heading into the grand finals on December 15, 2018.
The Playoffs will seek out the top 4 teams per group to make it to the final stage. They will be joined by the Top 2 teams with the highest accumulated points that didn’t make it to the Top 4 standings in each group. One more team will be joining the finalists via the NimoTV Fan Voting system. Once the competitors are set, they will meet in a final confrontation live at Mineski Infinity Taft – Madison Condo. The final 15 teams will battle it out to determine which group will be worthy to be called the ROS-NimoTV Philippine Champions League S1 grand champions as well as the right to take home the majority of the prize pool. The top five teams will also earn the right to represent the Philippines in the upcoming SEA Championship leg of the ROS-NimoTV Philippine Champions League S1.
The prize pool and the championship title are not the only things on the line, fight for your right to battle your hearts out for the Philippine flag against the toughest ROS squads from Southeast Asia!
