Samsung Mobile isn't the only handset company that's prepping to launch something big within the next few days.
Local electronics giant, Cherry Mobile, is likewise gearing up for the official introduction of its early 2013 flagship smartphone, the Cherry Mobile Omega HD, this coming Monday, March 18, 2013!
Cherry Mobile has just sent TechPinas a formal invitation for the said
event so trust that we'll be there and we'll be bringing you the latest
information and details about this landmark release as they get
disclosed during the launch.
As yet, CM hasn't given us word on the technical specifications and
pricing details of Cherry Mobile Omega HD. But off hand, I'm expecting
the handset to come replete with a 5-inch IPS 1280 x 720 pixels display,
a 1 GHz Dual Core MTK6577 MediaTek chipset, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of
expandable internal storage, 8 MegaPixel main camera and 1.2 MegaPixel
front-facing camera both with back-illuminated sensor, 720p HD video
recorder, Dual SIM Dual Standby capability, and a 2100 mAh Li-Ion
battery pack. As for the SRP, the TechPinas Price Guesstimate is around Php 8,000 to Php 9,000 -- although we really wouldn't be surprised if it's going to be a lot more affordable than that. How much do you think will it cost? Share your thoughts in the comments section.
Again, the launch will be this coming Monday so stay tuned. If you're a Cherry Mobile fan, kindly share this post on Facebook and Twitter.
